We took Olivia to a pumpkin patch and they had a bunch of farm animals- she really liked the pigs.

Olivia's First steps...

Started walking on September 1st at 13 months old.

First Birthday!!!!!

We celebrated Olivia's First Birthday at Armitage Park in Eugene. We had a B-B-Q with the whole family. Josh's family came from Newport, both of Olivia's Great Grandparents travelled from Klamath Falls, Oregon and British Columbia. We had a lot of fun, and so did Livy.

She got a huge set of books from Josh's family, and looked through every one of them before opening more.

Josh's grandpa, Olivia's Great Grandfather, knitted this hat for her.

She got very excited about this big box. So she had to climb on top of it.

Then decide to do some leg lift excerises.

She didn't blow out her candle, but Mommy helped her.

Yay! for cake.

Hmmm, what's this stuff? She has never had cake before. And I wouldn't say she's really had it now, because she tasted it, but never really dug into the cake. That's ok, Mommy and Daddy made up for that by eating lots of cake!

Summer Fun

We gave Livy a lemon for "fun", and she ended up eatinng the entire thing, and loved it!

My two favorite people.

She loves going to the park. And loves the swings! This is Olivia at her best.

Mimi and Papa gave her a fish tank and an Angel fish. It's her night light and she loves them very much. She says "fish, fish"!

I just love her little stoic looks. She was so not impressed with taking her picture. Probably because we do it ALL the time!

Swimming in her fancy pool in the "backyard", which is actually a bunch of bark chips. Why they couldn't put grass in, we don't know.

June... The beginning of Summer!

Olivia's First taste of watermelon!

Finally! I completed my B.S in Finance and Economics. Graduation day was hectic and nobody brought a camera so this was the only photo, so far, that I have recovered from the ceremony. I would like to thank all the family and friends that have played a part in my achievement. However, it is not over yet- I return this fall for a second degree in Accounting.
